1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and okpley ("okpley," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okpley.net and all associated subdomains, mobile web applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, participating in a promotion, or otherwise accessing any feature of the okpley Platform, you affirm that:

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active okpley account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register as players;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is legally permitted for you personally;

• You have not previously had an okpley account suspended or terminated for cause;
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of okpley or any of its software, game content, or payment processing partners.

okpley strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. Any player found to have provided false age information will have their account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active okpley account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. okpley uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okpley reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. okpley may, at its sole discretion, require documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okpley account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. okpley will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Any suspected unauthorized access to your account must be reported to okpley Customer Support immediately. okpley is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Account Closure

You may close your okpley account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. okpley reserves the right to close an account with reasonable notice where it is required to do so by law, regulatory directive, or internal risk management decision.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

okpley accepts deposits via a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply to each method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted .

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, as part of okpley's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. okpley aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and your account verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed;
• There must be no pending security review or fraud investigation on your account;
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must have been fulfilled;
• The requested withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method;
• Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding policy violations.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the okpley Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, if applicable to cross-border payment methods, are the responsibility of the player and will be deducted by the relevant payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

okpley offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your okpley account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type; not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

okpley actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering by related accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, and exploitation of promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, okpley reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the relevant accounts.

5.4 Promotional Changes

okpley reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated early, okpley will honor bonus funds already credited to player accounts and the wagering requirements attached to them at the time of termination.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the okpley Platform are provided by certified game suppliers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel. By participating in any game on okpley, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of each game round is determined by the RNG and cannot be predicted or manipulated;
• The house edge is inherent in all casino games and represents the statistical advantage of the operator over the long term;
• Gambling involves the risk of financial loss and past results do not predict future outcomes;
• okpley does not guarantee winnings of any amount to any player.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okpley Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or do not otherwise meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to okpley immediately;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to your okpley account;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okpley staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

okpley is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. We recognize that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for most players, can become harmful if not approached with awareness and self-control. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all okpley account holders:

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit okpley's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the okpley Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting okpley Customer Support and allowing a reasonable period for resolution. okpley will make every effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly through its internal complaints procedure.

Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a regulated gaming activity, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for independent review, in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures.
